Brenda is a mother of three children, Mike, Lauren and Emma. She was born and raised in northern Ontario and graduated with her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor, both with honours, from the University of Ottawa. After articling with the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton, she returned to the north where she has started three businesses. She started a law firm in Marathon with satellite offices in Terrace Bay and Mantiouwadge which after 7 years was sold to Keith Jobbitt. 

  Brenda started Q104FM radio station in Kenora, Dryden, Vermilion Bay and Sioux Lookout which she owned and operated for 8 years. She also started her current practice with full time offices in Dryden, Atikokan, and Fort Frances, as well as satellite offices in Vermilion Bay and Ear Falls. She has employed Commissioners of Oaths in Dryden, Thunder Bay, Atikokan and Red Lake. 

   She has been practicing real estate, wills, estates and corporate/ commercial law for over 20 years, and now does uncontested divorces as well. She has clients in the Kenora, Rainy River, Algoma and Thunder Bay districts. 

  Brenda is active in the community, especially at the gym, ski hill, and local runs/triathlons. She has coached many kids in baseball, soccer, and volleyball in Ontario and in Manitoba. 

  She is part of a great team, and looks forward to meeting new people, new clients as well as continually assisting her existing clients and friends with their legal needs.
