Meet The BLB Team

Charlotte brings a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for rural life to our team. Raised on a beef cattle operation in Oxdrift, Ontario, she developed a lasting passion for the outdoors and the agriculture industry. Charlotte has been a valued member of our office since high school, working part-time during the academic year and full-time over the summers.

Her academic achievements are equally impressive—she graduated with the Governor General’s Academic Medal and earned the Honour Roll Highest Academic Award in grades 9 through 12. This fall, Charlotte will begin her studies at Western University, pursuing a dual degree in Business Administration and Economics through the Ivey School of Business.

When she’s not in the office or hitting the books, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her calves, baking sweet treats and getting lost in a good novel (or three).
